2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By browsing this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
4. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We sell training, support and recovery equipment and accessories, including hand grips, wrist, elbow and knee supports, resistance bands and recovery tools. We take care to describe and illustrate our products accurately, but colours may vary between screens and small variations in sizing can occur. All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. We may change prices at any time before you place an order.
5. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product photography, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.
11. LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
12. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, strikes and extreme weather.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
