When your grip fails before your back does, the set ends early. Figure-8 straps loop around your wrist and the bar in a closed figure of eight, so the load sits on the strap instead of your fingers. No re-gripping, no slipping halfway through a rep.
Why it works
Closed loop. Unlike lasso straps, a figure-8 cannot unravel under load.
Thick woven cotton. No neoprene padding between your hand and the bar, so you keep the feel of the lift.
Reinforced stitching at both loops, where straps usually fail first.
Best for
Deadlifts, rack pulls, shrugs, bent-over rows and farmer's walks. Not suitable for overhead or pressing work, where you need to be able to let go of the bar.

Small — wrists up to 6.5 in / 16.5 cm
Medium — wrists over 7.5 in / 19 cm
Measure around the wrist bone. Between sizes, go up.
