A foam roller cannot reach the arch of a foot or get either side of your spine at once. These can. Three balls, three jobs — you stand or lie on them and let bodyweight do the work.
What's in the set
2 × spiky balls — for the feet, glutes and shoulders. The spikes concentrate pressure into a small area.
1 × peanut ball — the twin-lobe shape sits either side of the spine, so you work the muscle without pressing on the vertebrae.

How to use
Place the ball under the target area, put as much bodyweight through it as is comfortable, and move slowly. Around 30–60 seconds per spot. It should feel like firm pressure, not sharp pain.
