Choosing your size

• Wrap a tape measure around your wrist just below the hand, where a watch sits.
• S - 13 to 15.5 cm
• M - 15.5 to 21 cm
• On the line between the two? Take S for a firmer hold, M if you will wear it through a long session.

Single or pair?

• Pair - when both wrists take the same load: pressing, front rack, handstands, push-ups.
• Single - when you are supporting one injured or weaker side.
